Real name, Michaël Gagnon, born in October 1998, living in Abitibis Témiscamingue, Quebec, Canada.
Graduated from the Cegep de L'Abitibi Témiscamingue in social work in 2021 with a passion for games and making them since childhood

VR CCG For All

Role: Lead Designer
Time of Employment: 2021-2024
My tasks were:
-Design core mechanics
-Create the cards in a cohesive set
-Design the base lore and each faction/color as well as their identity and unique rules
What I Achieved:
-Designed two sets for the game (base and expansion)
-Created the base world of the game and its vibes which was expanded upon later by other team members
-Made multiple design documents for features such as a limited draft, monetization options and spin-offs

Yearly Gamejams

For three years and counting, a gamejam is done with the same team in order to refine skills and learn new skills in game engine of choice (usually Godot)
My tasks Were:
-Making several design documents for different game ideas from the team
-Establishing scope, tasks that needed to be done and their priorities
-Gathering assets and sounds for the game or creating new ones when needed
-Level design and testing
What I Achieved: Grand prize of the 2024 Rouyn-Noranda Art Museum Game Jam
-Learned to work in a team under strict deadlines and keeping morale and organisation of the team

Tabletop Games

From abstract board games to tabletop RPGs, anything that gets people to sit around a table is a joy to play and to make and I have done much over the years from a self-published board game to TTRPG modules (link below)My tasks were:-Creating the game-Finding art and assets or comissioning them-Publishing and advertising-Anything else sans playtestingWhat I achieved:-One abstract board game published (The Machiaveli)-Three TTRPG game modules made including an OSR adventure module

Other Works

My first concrete game design project was a Magic: The Gathering custom set and since then many projects were done such as:
Brawl and Bones, a board game inspired by heroquest
The Dwarves archetype for Collective, a (canceled) CCG where anyone can get their cards voted in
